Ordering

The only way for you to order products direct from us is to order online using your credit or debit card. Online transactions are processed for us by PayPal.

PayPal have been proven to be the safest option for secure online payments. This means that you do not have to worry about anyone being able to gain access to your credit or debit card details. You do not have to have a Paypal account to use your credit or debit card.

Delivery

Shipping is Free on all UK orders over £100. All orders for delivery in the UK will be sent first class via Royal Mail. We will always try to dispatch your goods at the very earliest time possible but please allow up to 7 days for delivery. Average delivery time is 2-6 working days.

If you are ordering from outside of the UK our shipping methods vary depending on where you are in the world, we always try to get you your goods as soon as possible but please allow up to 28 days for delivery on orders placed outside of the UK.

Returns

If you receive an order that you are unsatisfied with for any reason please feel free to return it, we'll be happy to refund or replace any of the goods you have purchased. You will need to contact info@carleendesozer.com before sending any returns.
You must do this within 7 days of receiving your order and the goods must be in their original condition or we will not be able to process your return.

When returning an item, please include your full name, address, phone number and original transaction number located on your order confirmation.

We also advise that when returning any items to us that you acquire a Proof Of Postage from the Post Office. We can not accept responsibility for items returned to us that go missing with Royal Mail.
